Program of the workshop on IP rights enforcement organized by the Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH and WIPO
Mostar, October 31, 2023 - Workshop on the enforcement of intellectual property rights will be held on November 7 and 8, 2023 at the Europe Hotel in Sarajevo, starting at 9 a.m., organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Institute for intellectual property of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Some of the topics that will be discussed at the workshop are investigating and prosecuting crimes against intellectual property and related crimes, border measures, enforcement of intellectual property rights on the Internet, as well as national strategies for the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Experts from WIPO, Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH, World Customs Organization (WCO), organization REACT Balkan, academic community and judicial bodies will speak about the afore mentioned and other topics.
Workshop program will be held in the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in English, with simultaneous translation provided.
