Public consultation for drafts of four laws opened
Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina informs the interested public that the public consultation process for the drafts of the following laws has begun: Law on Patents, Law on the Protection of Topographies of Semiconductor Products, Law on Amendments to the Law on Industrial Design, and Law on Trademarks.
Mostar, December 19, 2023 - Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina informs the interested public that the public consultation process for the drafts of the following laws has begun:
1) Law on Patents,
2) Law on the Protection of Topographies of Semiconductor Products,
3) Law on Amendments to the Law on Industrial Design, and
4) Law on Trademarks.
