Guide for Access to Information of the Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina was designed to assist applicants in exercising the right of access to information in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Freedom of Access to Information at the Level of Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 61/23).

Note: The procedure of access to documents relating to trademarks is regulated by Article 13 of the Trademark Law ("Official Gazette", No. 53/10), and accordingly, information on trademarks on which the Institute for Intellectual Property keeps official records do not fall under the information in terms of the provisions of the Law on Free Access to Information.
