Banja Luka: Seminar "Intellectual Property Protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Abroad"

Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Innovation Center Banja Luka are organizing a seminar on the topic "Intellectual Property Protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Abroad", which will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025, starting at 10 am at the Innovation Center Banja Luka, Dr. Mladena Stojanovića 4, 78000 Banja Luka.
Intellectual property is an "intangible" asset, but very often the most valuable asset of a company that needs to be continuously improved, but also legally protected from potential abuse. Bearing in mind the importance of intellectual property in today's business environment, as well as the need to raise awareness of the need to protect it, the seminar will present thematic units related to patents, trademarks, industrial design and copyright and related rights, as well as the service of Intellectual Property Pre-Diagnostics, which the Institute for Intellectual Property has recently introduced as a free service for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Seminar is intended for business entities, business support organizations, as well as professionals who are interested in this field. The aim is to provide relevant knowledge and tools for the effective protection and management of intellectual property in a business and professional context.
Lecturers at the seminar are:
Irma Isak Gudelj, Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH;
Tatjana Vitomir, Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH;
Irma Delibašić, Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH;
