Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina hereby invites universities, research organizations, technology transfer offices, businesses and practitioners working in the field of intellectual property, innovation and dispute resolution to register for the webinar

Regional webinar on alternative dispute resolution related to research and development, as well as technology transfer, organized by the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 from 9.30 to 11.15 a.m.

Webinar is intended for universities, research organizations, technology transfer offices, businesses and practitioners working in the field of intellectual property, innovation and dispute resolution in the Region of Central European and Baltic States and Mediterranean Countries (CEBSMC).

Webinar participants will explore how mediation and arbitration can effectively resolve disputes arising from research collaborations and technology transfer agreements. They will also gain valuable insight into the cooperation frameworks, discover WIPO's alternative dispute resolution services and benefit from hands-on case studies.
