Seminar "Intellectual Property for Economic Entities"

Seminar will be held on February 5 in the premises of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska in Banja Luka

Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska, in cooperation with the Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is organizing a seminar on the topic "Intellectual Property for Economic Entities", which will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, starting at 10 a.m. at the RS Chamber of Commerce, Banja Luka, Branka Ćopića Street 6, Jahorina Hall.

Intellectual property is an "intangible" asset, but very often the most valuable asset of a company that needs to be continuously improved, and also legally protected from potential abuse. Bearing in mind the importance of intellectual property in today's business environment, as well as the need to raise awareness of the need to protect it, the seminar will present thematic units related to patents, trademarks and industrial design, as well as the Intellectual Property Pre-Diagnostics service, which the Institute for Intellectual Property has recently introduced as a free service for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The seminar is intended for business entities, business support organizations, as well as those who are professionally interested in this issue.

Lecturers at the seminar are:

Irma Isak Gudelj, Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH;

Irma Delibašić, Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH;

Goran Trifković, Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH.

The seminar is free for all participants, and applications are made no later than February 4, 2026.
